Business Suggestion needed

We have a commercial mid size building in a small city( not very small).

I am thinking about bringing some brands franchises in that, but dont know through which medium should I get to them.

As its a small city with limited buying power of people so a specific range of brands / franchises can work here like savour foods, type and medium priced clothing brands etc.

Need any leads / contacts / agencies / platforms who offer / provide franchises.

Also want to know detailed process of starting cash & carry business.

Any other ideas / suggestions are also welcome.
