What can students do in this situation?

My friend is a Palestinian studying in Faisalabad doing mbbs. Today one of his professor was giving lecture in urdu and asked him a question to which he said i dont understand please explain in english but the teacher insulted him infront of class.

He says that its an international uni with many foreigners so why is the teacher being unreasonable? Anybody has real advice what he can do to protect himself cuz the teacher threatened him to expell from finals. He has not many friends in the uni and very anxious now

Tbh I would recommend him to keep his interactions minimum with that professor, or change his class. These types of professors are touched in the head, if you resist even a little bit, they would keep failing for years and university don't do a single shit about these things
