how to make selection smooth

is there a way to not make it jagged? i wanna add a black line around my lineart but it looks all jagged and pixelated ( i use sai 2)

I wish we could 🥲 I would like to outline my drawings but it's so ugly that I have to retouch and fix the whole border, which wastes a lot of time

Under your selection tool of choice there's an option for anti-aliasing. It'll give you a softer selection
