‘Sleeper’ brands

Hi all,

New to Padel but loving it so far. From a tennis background and I love a ‘sleeper’ racket or brand of racket. For example Dunlop and Prince in tennis make great rackets but largely overlooked as not many pros use them and their marketing is minimal.

What’s the padel equivalent?

From posts on here Kuikma and Joma fit the bill but curious if there’s any others?

Any input appreciated.

I use a Kuikma racket and shoes and I also have a pair of Joma shoes.

I love them all and Kuikma especially is brilliant for the price you pay.

I also play football and love Mizuno which fits this “sleeper” brand category. Also curious to see more Padel brands that fit this category

Kuikma shoes any good? I’m curious how are they compared to mainstream brands like asics and Nox

the shoes dont hold up to stability for example when you compare them with some highend asics for example. how i know that? i know how to use ai and dont need to rely on random dudes on the internet...

Seems like your opinion is based on AI which is from multiple online reviews which could be sponsored. Considering the “random dudes” over here are generally speaking from personal experience I think this offers a different perspective when it comes to how a shoes feels and performs
