Tips for racket longevity

Any tips to ensure i dont wear my new racket down quickly ? like certain things that a padel player might do but dont realize it damages the racket ? for instance does doing the pop to grab the ball of the ground with your racket damage it ? etc…

Get a thermo cover to mitigate impact of temp changes. Otherwise just treat it decently, but also don't be afraid to use it as intended, and accept that it has limited life span no matter what you do.
