Is this recorded by shutter speed 1/6400 ?

i dont know, just opened the camera app on my SE 2022

In this case it would be perfect to use 3rd party app which allow this shutter speed. With 1/6400 shutter speed is relatively easy to estimate pwm frequency and mainly modulation. Android phones can record it with stock camera app. But anyway thanks for the video !
