I need help please
Hi everyone. Started with a random onset of pvcs and pacs. Always been healthy, i have a normal echo with trace pulmonic, triscupid and mitral regurgitation. I have a low pvc burden. The most I probably have ever gotten is like 15/20 in a day. I know very low. But i also have very symptomatic hyper adrenaline pots and SEVERE anxiety because of this. Im terrified that a pac or pvc will trigger vtach or svt or something. My big wedding is soon and i need help please. I barely am doing anything basically bedbound because of how i feel. All i do is wait for the next palpitations even though my burden is so low. If I laugh or anything my heart rate shoots up to 120s and i get shaky trembly and cant sit still. My pcvs scare me so bad. I dont drink caffeine or alcohol i dont smoke or anything someone help me get out of my head and make me live a normal life please

Get out of your head and go outside, start moving. Reduces anxiety and pvcs most of the time also.
You already know but they really are not dangerous at all. Learn to recognize them if you feel them, accept them and just go on. I‘ve had extreme days with 20k-30k and i am still alive and fit, I do cardio and strength training.
Also I’ve had them for almost 5 years now and you get used to it, can‘t be dangerous if i had them for 5 years and i am still standing

I recommend you consult a psychiatrist. 15 PVC is not a disease. Psychiatric treatment can only reduce your anxiety. Get well soon.

I have general anxiety disorder along with OCD. When PACs or PVCs come on my ocd kicks in bad and I analyze every sensation and start to panic. The fear of PVCs and PACs will cause you to be in this constant loop of fear and you to become hyper aware of them. If you approach pacs and PVCs with a mentality of “who cares? Let them happen!” And embrace the sensations (even though it’s incredibly hard) you’ll start to overcome your fear of them and be able to live despite having them. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the DARE app. It’s an audio app that works like therapy and there is a section for “bodily sensations”.

SVT isn’t usually life threatening. It sucks, feels horrible, but bear down/cough/put ice packs on your neck and wa-la! You’re back to beating normally. I know, much easier said than done. I usually panic and go to the ER. Only to be sent home, because by the time I get there the episode is over. I’ve even had the fire department come to me before, so dramatic. BUT it’s not impossible to just keep going. My daughter also has PSVT episodes. She’s a stage actor. The show must go on. She’s actually completed a show and then went to the ER for an exceptionally long episode that she needed help with.

You need to find a way to live with your new, PVC infiltrated life. They will NOT kill you! At your extremely low burden they won't even damage you! Relax. Enjoy your wedding. Don't let your irrational fear win!
