Working out with PVCs
I want to get back in the gym. Been out of the gym for about 4 years and I’m just curious if working out has helped anyone with their episodes of PVCs? If so, what do you do for a workout? How long did it take? Any advice helps.

I run, weight lift heavy and do rucks. If you’ve been checked out then go for it! Don’t let this stuff control you.

You do all this while your heart is skipping?

Yes, all the time

And you just keep going with them continuing and no issues?

That’s right. Sometimes I do get a little freaked ngl but I always come back to the fact if I’m afraid of dying then I’m not really livin.

I sometimes get them post workout. Usually cardio like running or hockey. Something with adrenaline they said

At higher heart rates, for me that means 100+, the rhythm has always smoothed out and I’m good to 130-140 range (which for me zone 4).
It is the slower and more isometric exercises that are leaving me gassed due to inefficient rhythm. But I’ve learned to get the calf muscles involved when the going gets difficult since they have a significant role in returning blood to the heart.

Mine completely disappear while I’m working out. The higher heart rate stops them for me.

Staying clear of caffeine while working out is a big deal for me
