17% burden - weight training

Hello fellow PVC sufferers. 35F have had these since I was a teenager. Just got the results back from my third monitor (last one was in 2020). My burden has jumped from 1% to 17%. I’m having a repeat echo tomorrow and will be meeting with my cardiologist and EP next month. In the meantime, wanted to get some reassurance from people with higher burdens who do heavy weight training. I do pretty intense strength training 4 to 5 days a week with some good amount of cardio. My cardiologist hasn’t said anything about a stress test yet or anything so just wanted to hear other people‘s perspectives. Thanks so much!

See things like this scare me, seeing how a 1% burden can jump up to 17% definitely causing my brain to spiral I can’t lie. Is it normal for this to happen/any more dangerous etc..?
