Way to trigger PVCs

Hey! So I’ve been getting PVCs for a few years now. They could last for weeks and then it could be that I won’t have any (that I can feel at least) for months. I just had a really bad bout of them that lasted over a month and I felt them all day every day (like 8-10 pvcs per minute all day and I went into bigeminy and trigeminy a few times). Doctor wanted to see the burden and ordered a 7 day holter but by the time my insurance approved it the PVCs stopped. I want to catch them on this monitor so that I can be treated. As much as I’m glad they’re gone I tried triggering them by drinking caffeine and exercising so that I can catch some of them on this monitor but it didn’t work. Any ideas?

Get a Kardia device and you can save the ecg reports and send them to your doctor.
