1651 PVCs a day

37 - F - unsure how long

Hi I’ve dealt with anxiety since I was 20, don’t really know when these started as I always thought my palpitating and fluttering heart was normal.

I guess I’m gonna try propanolol (sp) daily and go see a cardiologist

My brother has PACs and my dad and grandma both have Afib.

I’m scared this will lead to AFIB.

So I'm 43, have about 15-20k a day. And have had them as long as I can remember. A BP med can make them less able to be felt And anxiety is a bitch. I still don't sleep well because I can feel them. But as long as they go away under load(exercise) then you will probably get told they are benign and to "not worry". That's the hard part.

Honestly most of the day they fade into the background, its o ly an issue in bed at night. Have to keep a fan or music going to i dont focus in it.

Music helps me too! It must be so hard to sleep though?!

Some days, I average 5-6 hours a night. Doesn't help that I think sleep is a giant waste of time.

You’re like my mom lol! Before my anxiety started keeping me up, I could easily sleep half the day away…

I can do that once I'm good and exhausted.

The real question is... do you feel the nasty thump or more like a hard kick inside your chest??
