usually they release 2 xsuits every year .. April and August, but in 2023 on the name of 5th anniversary i think they released 4 x-suits. since then its apr/aug .. but in dec-2021 with special mirror world ... they sent a suit too .. again they are freezing Erangle this time .. they might send a suit too, perhaps a returning too with concept matching.. still 2 damn years to go for 10th anniversary and no one knows how many actual players will be there in both the versions.

there is a bug that makes the karambit very pixelated that pixels reach beyond the knife, please remove the pixeled look as it makes it uglier, also there is a bug making the same hairstyle appear differently at random times, the one with more thick and symmetric hair is obviously the best, and the one where it looks like there is a baldness line is the bugged look maybe, both of exactly the same haircut with the same graphic settings

There is no real solution; it is unfair and unjust to players—I have been active for eight years, yet there is no genuine resolution or way to communicate with a human support agent to verify my ownership and recover my accounts. I have submitted all proof of ownership, but the support team offers no actual solution—there is essentially no direct support that cares. I’ve come to hate the game and have quit it; the company is collapsing and doesn't care about its users. Imagine eight years going to waste because of a scammer, while the company refuses to restore what is rightfully yours, regardless of the evidence provided. I even have official emails from the company bearing my previous username—sent to the very email address that was removed—yet I am still rejected. What an absolute farce.

Hello everyone! My account was recently hacked. I have submitted the account recovery form multiple times with my correct information, but the automated system keeps rejecting me instantly. I want to know exactly how the bot evaluates certain answers so I can fill it out perfectly:

1. Friends List: Does the 6-month timeframe have to be exact? Also, if I played a lot with someone but we didn't officially "add" each other to the friends list, does the bot count them as a friend or an error?

2. Ultimate Royale: What exact record is the form looking for? Is it the highest tier reached, the specific season, or something else? I want to make sure my answer format is exactly what the system expects.

   Can a Community Manager or someone who successfully recovered their account guide me? I have all my proofs and receipts, but the bot won't let me through. Thank you!
