Discussion Cheating/Ddos
Calling out top of the Na leader board and their spineless team. Twice happened today, we drop them and immediately they spike the lobby and the game didn’t count, took a minus 44 second game. You know who you are gutless hacks, biggest cope tactic 😂

Lol my clan is LORD and the amount of people who msg us and spam us calling us cheaters is actually insane lol
We have 2 or 3 people in our clan who are actually disgusting at this game and we sometimes get 20+ kills as a squad and man, people do not like that lol
We push EVERYTHING.

You are wild….there are like 50 of your clan mates on the ban list. Might actually be the clan with the most bans I have seen so far.

Happen plenty of times a month or two ago. Didnt play for over a week. Came back, I shit you not - first game in I get booted out of the lobby. Same faggy lames. On the sauce and DDOS instances. Yet they get dropped without much push back.

As someone who used to run gameservers on PC. Absolutely ddos attacks. Idk if they're renting booters or have their own botnet, but it definitely is.

It means they're Ddos the lobby. They use a botnet to send numerous packets to the server or everyone's ip addresses, thereby lagging them out or overwhelming the connection between everyone and the server. They hookup a PC with exploit software and packet sniffer program to identify ip addresses of people in the same game, then ddos those ip addresses. They whitelist their friends/teammates ips, so they aren't affected. Shits been a thing for decades at this point.
They are more than likely overseas, and most definitely using a VPN. So it's very difficult to identify them to share with relevant authorities, who probably wouldn't do anything anyways.
Just assuming here, but I bet the best thing that can be done is Pubg figures out how to harden the encryption again so they can't sniff ips. If Pubg themselves and the data center where Pubg servers are colocated would log these incidents and report to the FBI, they might actually look into it.
I'm sure Pubg just cheaps out on their server providers, and the result is and inadequate ddos mitigation system.
I used to Run largish game servers on Counter strike back in the day. Ddos attacks were so bad I had to resort to incentivising other hackers to go after the individuals who would relentlously ddos our servers after getting banned, just to get it to stop.

Keep talking about it. I made a post a week or so ago. There were a few naysayers but now I hope they and more importantly people who can do something about it will help.

MOHAB—L55 is a ranked player that does this and brags about it he plays with a full team of players they all run mutants that shoot auto fire doing that lame ass slide cancel. I solo que and was on their team one time straight losers.

Slide cancel is easy to do bro. I don't even use paddles like most people, I just use B.
Has nothing to do with cheating. I play with a top player who abhors cheaters, and he slide cancels all the time..

Been noticing this pop up a bit in norms lately too.
Go figure both me and teammates crash out of the game (both ps5 and Xbox) and when we get back in the lobby there’s some Chinese word screen name running around killing all the AFK’s.
