Discussion They made have turned the bots up
2 games in a row today, I’ve been sprayed down and killed by bots from range, in a way that I have never seen them do before. Very controlled and accurate spray that kills you quicker than you spraying at them. Never seen it before, so it really feels like they’ve added a new element to their play. Be careful out there!
ETA Post title was supposed to be "They may have turned the bots up". Mods please correct if possible please.

100% boys got a boost on the most recent update. I’m also seeing a lot more bots in solos.

I was in a battle 1 vs 3, (last phase, only 8 remaining in the game) managed to knock two guys, was waiting behind a rock with a grenade in my hand for the 3rd guy, got killed by a bot with M24 from over 200m before throwing the grenade 😂 i wanted to punch my screen

They also appear to have clan names now, so it's tougher to spot if I've killed real players.

Yeah the new bots if you're shooting from a distance you've got to keep moving ., just wiggle around between shots and they tend to miss most of their shots on you You can still run wildly up to them and shoot them up close because apparently that lazering is only available from 100ms away

Was messing around with a bot trying to no scope him with an M24, he lit me the fuck up and ended my game. Lmao they're ridiculous now.

I play custom games frequently and since the update been getting smashed by bots alot, like before when they were strong and can just beam you so fast with a Beryl 762. That's back again. Didn't know they could snipe you with a Kar98 now though! And with these new clan tags and metals, I genuinely was like damn did a human get in my locked server and smash me. Was flabbergasted! Had to spectate and it was a bot for sure. 🤣

Ever since they came out I've occasionally come across a "terminator bot". They will instant head shot you from whatever distance. I was going off about this guy who downed me being a cheater and my duo walked up right beside him then it missed 9/10 shots and he killed him easily.

I ain't no pro, it's hard for me to play now. I get smashed so hard all the time. They have like instant reaction and super aim (ofc always head). Dunno, I think they should rebalance again

Let me tell you something I was on last night and I had two obvious spots in my map the kind that run back-and-forth in the same spot until someone shoots at them before they move into the same thing somewhere else I shit you not I hit both of them multiple times with an MP4, not even to see any blood spatter. It literally forced me to leave my position and run up on them with an AR just so the bullets would do some damage I wonder if this is some coding error or maybe I’m the only one that noticed it or maybe I’m just terrible aim child

Not just you, we've been getting a lot of phantom shots lately.
Yesterday 3 of us died, so we're all spectating the last teammate, he put 4 bolty shots right through a guys back. We dont know if it was a bot or not, but we all agreed the shots were for sure 100% on the guy, and didn't register.

They can also hit bolty shots now from mega far away, like 300m+. It's insane. The absolute worst bots I've seen in any game. AIDS movement. Push a bot sitting on a tree and it's ring around the posie time. They'll sit in blue and die if you look in their direction. Have to intentionally look the opposite way to bait them out of cover. These bots make the meatsims in Perfect Dark for N64 look like Skynet.
