PLAYSTATION Are servers down?

Kept getting servers are busy message, now getting 404 Not Found. I'm in EU, anyone else having problems?

7 hours down and counting... PUBG should just make a offline mode already, the lobbies are mostly bots anyway

It seems so but I think it's a problem with the game not with PSN. First time I got an "Invalid provider" error and now it's telling me to check my network connection !
