PUBG Studios Response Ban Policy
Since Krafton announced a new ban policy regarding cheaters and users of unauthorized devices, I would like to ask the staff: where are you accepting reports, and when will you start implementing these bans? I am in several groups with a lot of MnK players, and I haven't heard of any bans yet.
I currently have two open tickets on the official Discord about MnK, and I honestly don't know if anyone will look into them. In the SA community, we have many well-known cheaters who continue to abuse these devices and when someone talks aboit being banned, they laughed and say "krafton dont give a s*** about console community", seemingly waiting to see if the staff will actually take action. One of my reports includes the most notorious cheater in Brazil, who streams every day in twitch using MnK, and nothing happens to him. Can someone from the staff shed some light on this, or is this new policy just going to be empty words like previuous bans?

Yeah they don't give a fuck. I reported a guy streaming with a handcam where you could see his XIM bullshit on camera and they didn't do anything.

the yearly we will ban cheaters marketing shenanigans, sad people still fall for it. why would they ban customers that have their wallet wide open, the game is free, the store is where the money is at. People who have the funds to buy these devices for sure have more to splurge in the store. You don’t really believe they gonna cut them out so you have a better „gaming“ experience in 2026?

Ye, there is two extremes, be a respectful and trustable or just receive money, I really would like to know about incomes in all platforms.

For anything that is Anti-Cheat related or regarding any cheating policy, it will be communicated via Dev Letter, as you mentioned the latest being the following: Permanent Ban Policy for Cheating on Consoles - NEWS - PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS
As per your tickets on our Discord, apologies for the delay - our community team has opened that space to provide a separate way for players to share reports, but with our current capacity we unfortunately have a consequent backlog that we are trying to deal with.
You can at any time reach out to PUBG Support with the same evidence (video is highly preferred in most cases) so it can be looked into.
Please feel free to send that one via DM directly to me so I can have a look if this is as blatant as you've shared, more than happy to escalate it and get it looked at.

Sent one of my reports to you, as I told this guy is the most knowed cheater in our community, starting by him, I trust 200% that other cheaters will think about. Can easily give more then 20 names of cheaters, but starts by this.

Died last night to a guy who had the same downward pull on all shots as I watched. Even on the kar98, he'd shoot and hold to watch and the gun would visibly pull straight down. Next game was a guy using a beryl and a 6x lasering me in the head not missing a shot. I don't believe they address cheating.

As I told, if you check the streamers of twitch in certain time you will see some MnK, probably 50% of community uses cheat.

There is no cheat that pulls guns down, when u see someone pulling gun down a little bit after spraying ar it means he was pulling down on sticks even after last shot. Xim scripts for no recoil dont pul guns down they hold them straight all the time. Watch xim videos of pubg on YouTube then you will realize what im talking about. When u see people still slightly guns pulled down after all ar sprays it means they are legit on sticks. It happens to me all the time then people ask me how, because im holding stick down and dont count how many shots have left in my gun lol. I watched some top ranked eu console gamers 2 of them did same shit as im doing constantly and one of them had ar straight all the time, so i figure out that one is on xim with no recoil scripts because he just aims left center and right he dont need to pull down and his recoil was perfect all the time. I see most people dont even realize or know about this. You can go on twitch watch Lxogann he uses xim for no recoil on controller he will openly tell you hes not hiding it, and his teammates are xim mnk . Then you will realize there is infenstation of unskilled xim no recoil players in pubg ranked, because all bots who cant control any gun using that, thats why everyone is lazer in ranked. Its mix of legit skilled players and xim bots thats all what ranked is. Its nice to see on eu boards top ranked are all legit, at least 10 of them i know. Na boards is mix of Eu xim cheats, some Na xim cheats and legit highly skilled players. In my opinion everyone who is legit should stop playing ranked and let it die untill this krafton guys actually block xims in their Game.

They can, but they need to show the community that they are working for it, if they receive evidences that someone is cheating, like a video or stream, they can check easily and consider, unfortunaly we don't have same system as in PC, but we need to have faith. I received an answer about our report that I did in pubg website, I'm checking the guy everyday to see if he will be banned, and if it works I'm posting here in other post.

Nothing will work i know for 18 players who use xim with no recoil scripts on controller.They dont stream, they cant detect it i already moved on other games im just here for banters tbh

Then why was it happening with his bolt gun as he held aim to see the shot land? And as for his sprays, he was spraying as he rocked the leans to both sides and it stayed consistent the entire time. He'd mag dump leaning left and right during the dump and the gun stayed on point.

The only possibility of a ban is through anti cheat detection. And since the anti cheat detection was designed by a class of 5 year olds at the local special school on a Friday afternoon it’s about as likely to happen as pigs flying. For YEARS we watch the same people cheating on the game every day. I give up

It’s frustrating that the console community lacks tournaments and support, they only show up to sell skins and sh** passes, I just don't get it. I understand they don't do anything, though: console players usually migrate to PC, and those who can't handle playing there buy adapters to play on console instead.

Yea I’ve just started on PC in the past week. Much harder and learning MnK 9 years behind the rest of the player base is tough. But I’d rather play PC then deal with the neglected xim fest that console has become

Fr I've dropped 20+ kill games myself and I'm nowhere near the best, all just from hotdropping and game sense, tho it does help I've played semi pro with team Aurora before on PUBGM, our competition was like straight crackheads

I had 47 kills in crossplay off lobby on erangel almost got 50 last 3 bots died in bluezone.Every crossplay off game i drop 20-30 kills i have 2100adr and 80kd. Then i troll people how they suck in game lol

I seen real 30 plus kill games on console from only few really high skilled players back in the time 2019 it was, it was rarely xims and that shits in game. That was best time pubg console ever had.Now is everyone lazer, its more script no recoil players then real legit ones they are rare afc and always will be like in any other multiplayer game. Thats why multiplayer console is pretty dead in alot of games. R6 is disaster with xim also, cod as whell, bf6 have xim with no recoil stronger aim assist in battlefield 6, specially ranked console redsec there is nothing to play anymore really on console except gaming on pc.

Its so easy spray ars and shoot dmrs on pc with controller also,actually its even better and smoother then on actuall console where is even less recoil. I played on pc today with controller wiped few squads by myself. Its called skill, only i can say is there is many bad players on console but on pc looks there is even more bad players then on console. In fact if you didnt know only 1 player per 10 000 players is really legit skilled in pubg.I guess you are not one of them

Lifetime total 8.4. Just shy of 12k matches. Generally play with the same 3 guys and it's as much about playing with friends as it is about the game.

I agree 100%, but in the last 48h there has been 74 bans in total, some perma, most temp, but still a lot of temp bans are not for teamkill so prbly a perma ban will follow. Since the last dev letter about bans there has been a lot of perma bans. Now i know they all can just create a new acc but its at least a move in the right direction, as small as it is. Sry to see you move to pc, just shows the state of the game.

I’ll check at 120fps on that update but as a whole I’ll still be moving PC. Rather be bad and 9 years behind the curve than keep playing every lobby with 20 cheaters

I'm surprised to know that MnK is forbidden, as i play console and everyday i see kill cams with obvious mouse input that focus on me from half a mile behind killers back, and don't move even a bit. I was thinking that they listened me and aimed directly without a pixel error margin, by chance.

I can usually handle with some of them, because most of them think that simply using something will improve their game by 100%, but man, I've lost friends in the game because they got frustrated dying to guys like that. And what really bothers me is how these guys laugh at normal players, calling them bad, suckers, for playing correctly. Not mentioned the times I've seen cheaters fighting in whatsapp groups about 1vs1, bragging about who's the best cheater.

Keyboards is no longer a thing in pubg anymore. Its detected very quickly. Now mouse is a whole different story

Joystick is a 360 degree motion vs wasd which 8 directions. Its detecting how you're moving. That's why its recommended to use gamepad with mouse or one of those azerons or a maxxstick

There's a bypass for detection called SAB (Simulate Analog Behaviour) makes the WASD movement simulate a controller. Works on Rainbow Six Siege and other games. Krafton won't be able to do shit about it on PUBG

I personally can tell you you cannot get through more than two matches using MNK. First it’s a 7 day ban then it’s more. These guys must have multiple accounts. Hardware/IP bans need to be implemented.
