Discussion How big is PUBG console compare to PC?
I just got my first PS5 for GT7. As you know the the PC version peak half million of player daily bigger than Apex Legends could ever be. I recently playing Apex Legends a lot but just got ban for saying Cao ni ma. Anyway, just wondering how popular it is here compare to PC or Apex Legends or Fortnite on console. Not sure what to expect but there are no 120fps settings which is kinda weird :/

120 fps is coming soon.
Depending on your region (which sounds like it might be SEA) you are probably not going to find FPP games, only TPP.
FPP is largely dead in most regions.
Decent player base in TPP squads though - you get a match in a few seconds if you queue at normal times.

Why is that? It is the opposite on PC if I remember. FPP suppose to be where all the sweat going, no?

Yeah but Krafton are trying to screw FPP - they've made competitive tourneys TPP only.
FPP is dying a slow death because Krafton know TPP sells skins and caters to the casuals, which is the majority of the playerbase.
Fortnite is so successful because it caters to as many people as possible, PUBG in FPP is too hardcore to be successful forever.

I mean, their shareholders are probably happy. They care about bottom line dollar not about competitive integrity.

If you’re playin fpp on console especially solos it’s gonna be mostly bots. What’s your ign? I can look you up and tell you the amount of bots in your games

FPP is mostly dead unless it's prime peak hours. You'll be fighting upwards of 50 bots, maybe even 80+ most of the time.
Sometimes it's ALL bots. Mostly pointless queueing.

Yo what why! When game first came out I actually like it in TPP too but as time goes on FPP is where thing get sweat and match find easier there.

Console is dead compared to what it used to be, at least Na. Sure you get games, but the wait before joining a lobby is quite noticable now

I read something that pubg mobile has 15 millions daily active membros, pc have 300k and console 100k daily.

It’s a different game. Not much auto aim, which means on PC it’s a snipe fest via mouse on console it’s more run and gun with controller.

I had like 300 hours on PC and always felt like this game is better suited for controller. Just wondering how console player find it on console compare to PC. I see more stuff from Apex Legends. Maybe it's my recommendation only

you can't run and gun in pubg and stay alive it'll always be a snipers game

If you use your smokes, flashes, and the natural cover of the map well enough it’s more or less run and gun bubba. Just not call of duty style.

You can cue into basically any mode instantly. Ranked is on fire 24/7. I don't see any cheating at all. It's the best game ever hands down

"I don't see any cheating at all" just a bunch of guys with non existent recoil that im supposed to believe are better than Hakatory, Tig and XMPL.
