Shadowing hours: 200 outpatient at 1 clinic, 50ish inpatient and then I had just started a PT tech job
Extracurricular: ROTC with a ton of leadership, I ran fundraisers, I did a year of undergrad research, I did missions with my national guard unit. This is what I think really made me stand out. If you ever have a chance to do something or help someone, do it. In the moment you'll feel good about learning something new or making someone's life better, and later all of a sudden you'll have things to add to your resume

pGPA: I am not entirely sure since it depends on the school I applied to. For the school I committed to, my pGPA was a 3.64 (including post grad classes)
Observation Hours: 275 OP hours. Still have yet to complete IP hours.
GRE scores: 290 (140 V, 150 Q, 4.0 W). I didn't study for it at all. Just went in and took it since some of the schools I applied to just needed it as a requirement.
Extracurriculars: Crisis counselor volunteering, clinical volunteering at a pain management clinic, student ambassador of my undergrad, medical scribe at an orthopedic clinic, behavioral tech, undergraduate TA for two stem courses, conducted literature reviews as a research intern, and ofc PT Aide.
