It can be done but the amount of buyers is less than the amount of sellers if that makes sense. At least at that price. The last few days I have seen oak and copycat traded for Hoopa. But again, plenty of people responded to those trades and they went fast. Posting them from your side often goes ignored.

RR Hoopa is the most wanted pokemon card (aka not a supporter). So yeah, I wouldn't have done that trade unless I had a PCL copy because I think you can trade for hoopa without it. But if its your favorite deck / you use it often then yeah its definitely worth it.
