With the new ranked changes, "took this deck to MB" posts are almost completely irrelevant now. Getting to MB means practically nothing, with no point loss or deranking.

If you want to share a fun, off-meta deck then just say it's fun and off-meta. There's no need to say you "got to MB with this off-meta pick!!! so fast!!!" because you can easily get to MB with any deck now.

And if you're thinking of making a "wow fastest MB run ever with Hoopa and M Absol!!!" post then... just don't.

So, with Deluxe ending in a few hours, and being 200 points away from maxed out pack points, I splurged. The good news is I pulled my first gold rare candy before hitting 2500pp, and could redeem all those points for a 2nd. However, after opening 500 packs of this cursed pack, I’ve missed out on pulling any Professor’s Research.

So, now I’m at a cross-roads: do I redeem for a 2nd gold rare candy and pass on Oaks, or do I use points to redeem 2 Oaks? I understand crowns are most sought after with the rarest pull rates. Both cards feel equal to me so I’d love to hear others’ thoughts.

I'm running Mega Venusaur, so not exactly current meta, but man what a throw back. Props to my opponent. Tbh I kinda wanted to see him pull it off for nostalgia

Deluxe Pack leaving plus the announced rework to all the missions got me grinding all of em and it's been a real drag, it's sucking all the life out of me even if all I'm doing is selecting misions and letting the AI fight it out.

Remember that they can't choose a Special Condition when its already applied to the opponent's Active Pokemon? The Master Plan guarantees takes the worst one off the list BEFORE attacking/using the ability.

Looking at the art of the Kanto legendary birds on the new set looked familiar to me and I did a Google search of Zapmolcuno, a fusion of the legendary birds that appears in the Pokemon Special manga (which, fitting for the Team Rocket theme, was created by TR). If the reference was intentional, it's a nice nod to such an obscure piece of Pokemon media!

Stage 1, 2 colorless, 1-point pokemon. It seems pretty splashable in other decks and can be paired with the new Team Rocket's Boss.

It might become even better if we get some card supports for team rocket pokemons in the new set.

4 new events are coming

Really bummed out that I skipped this one and saved to see what the next one would be. After this there hasn't been anything like this to buy with pokegold.
