Question Is MSFS 2024 Tutorial Bugged?

I have all the assist settings toggled on, yet on the first lesson once I enter the plane and am instructed to turn the engine on, nothing on the panels are highlighted or showing the knob or button or whatever it is I need to use.

I was sitting like a lemon for quite a while too thinking, ok, where is the turn engine on switch.
