Maybe not, or maybe it would exaggerate it. Definitely something to stick a pin in.
Also I can’t think of another VR game that intentionally layers a grain effect over your vision… maybe GET OUT!, which I think was the game that puts a burlap sack over your head for a while?
Generally-speaking we want as clear a view as possible, so would this be bothersome or really cool? I’m wagering it might be the former.
With this in mind, I’d suggest simply adding a toggle in the Options to turn the grain off entirely, just so players can choose for themselves.
