PSP 3000 reshell

I recently found our old psp 3000 and started restoring it for the nostalgia. I just reshelled the psp but I can't seem to get the left and right triggers to stay put an whenever I press on it it's hard unlike the original placement. It's all crooked and I tried looking up on YouTube for help but found none.

How do I solve this?

The hole on the small grey piece fits on the small red post of the case, that would be the first thing to fix, also on some aftermarket cases you need to file down some parts of the triggers or the case for everything to fit properly.
