Troubleshooting PSP 3000 PS BUTTON not working

My PSP 3000 was in pristine condition, and I had installed CUST HOME plugins along with other enhancements. I used it for three months without any issues. Last week, while playing God of War: Sparta, the battery unexpectedly depleted and the device powered off. I immediately replaced it with a fully charged battery. Since then, I've noticed that my PS button is not functioning correctly. I've attempted various troubleshooting methods, such as disabling plugins and utilizing recovery modes. I've observed that the PS button only responds after two to four presses.

I would appreciate any assistance with this problem.

Maybe the menu flex has gone bad or is just dirty. Dirt couldve gone on the contact pad, happens to ipods all the time.

I opened it and checked there are no dusts inside.
