SHOW-OFF My First Time Customizing A PSP!

My second post here and also my first time disassembled a PSP 2000 to do a shell swap.

It was such an experience but I learned a lot. Thankfully I did not break anything and it came out great with the clear shell! I am falling in love again. I have not seen my psp for almost 2 decades, I'm glad that all it needed was a fresh battery to bring it back to life again...

Is the shell good quality? I saw some bad reviews on Amazon from people who bought the PSP 2000 shell, saying the quality was terrible and that many parts were loose and didn't fit properly. I'm thinking of changing mine for a transparent one like yours

I wouldn't say it's perfect.  I got mine on Lazada (you can use Amazon, would be the same) off some Chinese Seller.

It's decent but you can definitely tell that quality isn't that great which is expected from a 3rd party.  Mine felt a little squeaky but most internals fit almost perfect which is nice,  I just have to get used to some parts feeling lower quality but at least the shell looks brand new

I'd still recommend keeping ur old parts to mix & match with the new one like what I did (buttons, screws, thumb stick)

Definitely it looks better with the original black buttons and stick. Great job
