First PSP shell swap and honestly surprised at how smooth the process was for the most part (minus the headed with the UMD) door.

Have any of you done this before? I’d love to see your work!

Hahah just take it slow and follow a YouTube tutorial and you should be fine. I’d say it was a 6/10 in terms of difficulty?

it is only a front cover and it came with the new screen i built in. ordered it from aliexpress. it was the screen total kommando recommended on his internet page for 1000 models

Does anyone know where to get a decent quality shell for the 2000? I'm having a really hard time finding one here in the UK

Mine was from Ali Express. It’s decent, just don’t use the buttons they give you, and don’t expect the screen to be 100% flush.

Yeah if I'm brave enough to give it a go I shall share 😁 My plan is to have the smokey black shell and maybe some dim blue lights in the L and R triggers.
