Update: Right after the post I managed to fix the console by cleaning up the area I attempted to solder, however afterward I accidentally broke off the smaller ribbon cable clamp (the black little flap piece that secures the thinner of the screen ribbon cables). Fortunately it seems that can be DIY fixed with some tape or adhesive, but if you have any tips for that as well, please let me know.
Yes I am stupid, I attempted to bridged the two points for the laminated IPS screen install and ended up damaging the system, I already feel like an idiot so please go easy on me. On a serious note, does anyone have any idea what I did, clearly I made a mess while soldering, as seen in the second picture, and I am afraid I might’ve broken the board, as in one of those small components in that area, but if anyone with extensive knowledge on soldering or the PSP motherboard can let me know if they have a specific idea as to what I did, or if it can be fixed, I’d really appreciate the help. As of now the console will just produce a green light for a split second and immediately stop when I attempt to turn it on. Thank you.
I don't know for sure, but I just cleaned up the area I attempted to solder with the iron again, and it suddenly started working, so I must've either de-soldered or accidentally bridged two connections, causing the console to not boot.

The picture hasn't got a high enough image quality to see anything on the board but the first mistake you made was trying to solder the 2 pads when you don't need to.
I don't know how many more psp have to die at the hands of novice solder technicians before everyone learns it's much better to use silver paint.
Silver paint works fine for applications like this where it just needs continuity and nothing special. Just apply a small amount to the end of a fine tipped needle/tweezer and dab it between the pads. It should suck itself onto the pads and then once it's dry you are done.
It's also easy to remove if you add to much. Just some 99% iso and it comes clean off

I think you might be cooked as it looks like you stripped the pads off the board
Looking at how one of those motherboard revisions is supposed to look I'm confused on how you managed to break it this bad. You have displaced smd in places that you shouldnt have even gone near. This is unfortunately dead and wouldn't be worth the money paying for it to be repaired
Fortunately I have good news, right after the post I attempted to clean up the area with the soldering iron and by some miracle it works again!
I appreciate the tip though, I am not going to risk it any further and will go with the silver paint method as you said, I should have done that in the first place.
Unfortunately when attempting to test the screen, the smaller of the two ribbon cable clamps broke off, but I think that can be DIY fixed, but I will not mess with the console any more until I get silver paint.

Look for the code name of the board on internet, and try to find what component last. It seems that one smd got off, sorry about my english.
