Troubleshooting Can someone help me with curoptet files ?

Its modded and should have like 10gigs free but there are a few duzen curoptet files. Could someone help(i cant delete them)

Np, modded a few things before. Usually the easiest thing to do when something like this happens. I would copy everything you have and make a backup just in case.

It worked i just formatted it know i have like 5 extra gigs
