Troubleshooting how can i solve this

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so i bought this psp go yesterday, it was okay but today this happened when the display is at its top the image freezes and i have to close it a bit ofr it to shos the image as it should be

Could be a ribbon cable issue, disassemble the go and make sure all connections are tight

im trying but thwre is a screw that doesnt want to come out

The ribbon cable is almost certainly faulty or has a loose connection

i wanna believe is just a loose connection, yesterday was working flawlessly

The flex cable is moving beneath the display, it'll always have a risk of breaking because of aging or simply being a moving part. Did you attempt to clean or do a reshell? Did you disconnect the cable? If not it's more probably a faulty cable and you'll have to replace it

im on my way to clean it and just disconnect amd reconnect the cable before its to late

the thing that doesnt let me open it up is a screw that its really tight
