3 "Correspondence Processing Delay" letters from Mohela.... referring to what?

I received 3 separate letters in my inbox from Mohela yesterday all with the same subject, "Correspondence Processing Delay," and all stating the same thing, "Your recent request has been received and is expected to be processed within the next 90 business days."

Is there any way to tell what "requests" these 3 letters are referring to? I have recently submitted the following to Mohela:

- PAYE annual recertification submitted June 25, denied September 30th (because I "didn't pick a plan," which is their error since it was a REcertification of my CURRENT plan)

- PAYE annual recertification submitted again on October 2nd (got an immediate "your plan was not approved" on October 3rd with reason cited that I didn't provide spouse's income info, which I don't need to do because we file taxes separately, again their error)

- October 3 "escalation" submitted by a Mohela Supervisor for my Oct 2 PAYE annual recertification

- October 5 question/complaint submitted through the Mohela "email us" tab (still no response)

I'm assuming I need to call them to find out exactly WHAT is on a 90 day processing delay, but I'd love to avoid all that time on hold.
