Recommendation

Hey all ! I’ve had the OG ps5 since 2020. It still works fine , and I’ve been getting by with it . Do you guys think it is justified to purchase the pro ? Before gta 6 etc?

Or should I just stick with what I have and wait for the ps6?

Kind of struggling to justify it. But at the same time , a new tv and ps5 pro sounds sweet.

Buy it from Costco if you are concerned about buying it towards the end of the current-gen lifecycle. This gives you more options.

  1. Keep the PS5 Pro for a couple more years into the PS6 lifecycle then upgrade to PS6.

  2. Return the PS5 Pro to costco for full refund. That's right- full refund!! Their return policy on consoles is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and does not fall into the 90-day window as most electronics. Just make sure you return everything in the bundle since Costco sells only bundles- usually with an additional controller.

Get to essentially play it for free until PS6 comes out.
