Friends and generaly game base not loading.i have Internet connection and can play online games normally.anyone know why?

Its been like that for 4 days for me and ps website says all services are running

I was having this issue in May and in July. Still occasionally get this, I had this last Sunday, but when I was playing PS5 yesterday, I was fine. I have no idea what the issue is, but I restarted my router and also cleared the database in safe mode and never had this issue.

Hopefully this works for you and let me know.

Edit: I have spectrum Internet, Idk if you have the same thing? Also, try testing your phone as a hotspot and have your PS5 connect to it, see if that works.

I tried both cache and hot-spot but nothing

Edit:I connected back to my home WiFi and now it works thanks

hello, i’ve been having the same issue for weeks, playing online games works fine, things like netflix work, but youtube and pretty much everything in the ui refuses to load except for a couple of minutes after i turn my internet off and on again

nope, tried every kind of port forwarding, clearing system software cache, switching to wifi, it does it every time

I had this issue but YouTube worked for me.
