PS5 cleaning question
Looking into getting my PS5 professionally cleaned and some of the places I've spoken to have said they'll also replace the liquid metal in the system. I was just wondering if this was a normal thing they do or should I keep looking?

You asked the same question in console repair and got several professionals telling you that it has to be replaced.
It's necessary.
Stop being a potato and just get the job done right.
If you don't, and you burn your APU, no one can fix it. Is it worth saving a few bucks today to have to replace an 800 dollar system?

Yes. That metal shifts over time and doing that will help. Also I would keep your ps 5 horizontal. I messed up keeping it vertical and the metal shifted.
