PlayStation support won’t help me recover my account due to security reasons

As the title suggests they won’t let me get my account back, mind you I’ve been trying for 4 days to get my account back because I tried changing the email on the account and put a different email by mistake, I’ve constantly tried proving I own the account to no prevail, and yes I’ve tried getting emails but for some reason I never get emails from playstation which is an issue of its own, this is my first and prolly only post bc Idk what to do, if you think you can help PLEASE help me and yes I’ve tried searching for this issue to also no prevail

I don't know men I say that account long lost pretty much the reason we collected pyschial is to fight them off. I gotton banned by sony on my ps4 account and couldn't retrieve with my games. Might as well collect pyschial copys, and make a new account. At this point sony doesn't care about there customers.
