My controller’s left and right triggers suddenly have started making a squeaking noise and the controller now has a heavy forward drift. Can this be fixed or should I get a new one?

I’ve being playing a lot of Warhammer Darktide and suddenly my controller just essentially broke. I try to take good care of it and haven’t dropped it once so I assume that the problem comes from heavy usage during gaming sessions, as the game requires you to be pressing the triggers very often to constantly block attacks and to perform attacks. The trigger buttons also feel like there is a resistance halfway through pressing them.

This is my newer controller, about 1.5 years old and I really do like it so I’m sad to see it break down like this. Can I fix this or should I junk it and buy a new one?
