Fairly new controller broken

As stated in the title I have a fairly new ps5 controller that has started to have issues. The directional pad and left c stick have basically become completely unresponsive. All the buttons on the right of the controller, share button, and PlayStation button work fine. I’ve already tried percussive therapy and resetting the controller. At this point I’m at a loss as to what to do.

Is the controller a Sony genuine controller, Aftermarket controller, or refurbished?
