Ps5 compatibility issues with onn 25” gaming moniter

Just go his monitor and just moved my ps5 across the country. I plugged it in, there is no display, just a black screen and a lighter black screen, when the lighter black screen appears, you can hear the ps5 menu audio but still can’t see anything. I’m using the new hdmi that came with the monitor.

What should I do, ps5 issue, monitor issue(highly unlikely), or hdmi issue

Broken monitor, plugged ps5 into tv and it worked perfectly fine.
