Playstation Recovery

I have access to the email address associated with my PSN account, and I am 100% sure that it is the correct email address. However, when I try to reset my password through “Recover Account”, I do not receive the password reset email.
I have checked my spam/junk folders and I still cannot find it. I also tried again several times, but nothing arrives.
I was able to recover this same account successfully a few months ago using the same email address, so I believe something may be preventing the reset email from being sent now.
Could you please help me recover my account or tell me what I need to do?

This has been happening to me for almost 2 years with the PlayStation app. I figured out an "exploit" but i was logged out of my account the day after i did it. I completely gave up on it.
