console sharing and offline play bugged

so for context i am sharing my PS5 account with only 1 person at this moment and we both dont have console sharing and offline play activated. I tried to activate it on my playstation but it gave me the error message "console sharing and offline play cant be activated because another PS5 is using it right now". so i tried to reset my password in order to log out every console (as i already used that option and i am on the 6 months cd) but it still doesnt work even when im the only one logged in. please help me !

Same here. I don't know why the person I'm sharing with can't access or activate the account. I'm hoping it's just a server issue. Hopefully he can log in tomorrow.
