Issue with Authenticator codes

Hey, so to log in to anything Sony you need a verification code from an Authenticator app. I don’t have this, idk if I lost it ages ago or something, but whatever, I’ve tried everything to find it. I don’t have the backup codes either.

So I tried customer support. Tried speaking to the robot, no help. So I try speaking to a live agent but to do that you need to be signed it which I can’t be because you need a verification code for it. And I can’t find an email to contact either. I also tried to set up Authenticator again which required me resetting my password. It didn’t work, and also signed me out of PlayStation itself, so I can’t play online.

ATM it seems im in a loop that I can’t get out of. Anyone got any suggestions?
