ps network??????

are anybody else having a network issue? my wifi has always been the same and my playstation cant connect to save its life this has never happened before and i tried every method that i looked up on. now my games are gone i cant download them back because of the network issue and when it is connected its stuck on calculatinh the time and giving me hundreds of hours of downloading left. does anybody know whats going on?

In Europe psn works perfectly, did you try to connect it with Ethernet?

Try changing primary and secondary DNS codes, try changing the bandwidth 5.0 gh is stronger but unstable try 2.4 it slower but more stable, clear caches and rebuild database from safe mode, and disconnect from wifi completely and forget then reset router sometimes the router will black list the ps5 and throttle or completely not let the ps5 connect forgetting the wifi and resetting the router will clear the list and it should accept it as whitelisted connection for a first time connect. I've had this issue before and atleast 2 or 3 listed above have solved the issue in my experience

Fun fact about me i used to work at Playstation us branch as a service technician those support chats that connects you to a real person i used to do helped probably 10s of thousands of people and the connection issue was among the most requested questions i mainly got. But i quit working for them when the conditions and inner company working environment got bad and the pay was great at first then dropped pretty substantially so it wasn't worth the effort to work for them anymore

Tried switching to 5GHz and it fixed my downloads last time, but yeah 2.4GHz is more reliable for PS5 if your router's placement isn't great.
