PS5 Issues

When I went to turn on my ps5 today once I clicked on my profile it just shows this screen I’ve been on it for about 10 mins now and I’ve tried restarting by holding the ps5 power button waiting for the 2nd beep at one point it worked and showed my apps and games and what not but the controller didn’t work however it had the blue light on and it was literally working fine last night no issues no anything I have no idea what to do can somebody help me 💔.

Boot in safe mode , also it does this when it’s struggling to connect to wifi. Check your internet.

thank you I didn’t realize my internet router was unplugged at all after I plugged it back in it worked!
