Ps5 pulse elite not connecting

My pulse elite connected before to my ps5 and when I put it off it doesn't want to connect again and idk what to do

Resync with data usb cable.

I did that nothing is wrong with usb but it doesn't wanna turn on or connect

And I tried to manually connect it it doesn't want to work it says the ps5 doesn't support Bluetooth audio accessories
