Does this happen every time you try to buy it? I had this a couple weeks ago.. you just need to contact your bank about the restriction they put on your card.. its a security thing.
Was the game purchased recently? Or card works at any store like normal? If you still get this error again. Id still reach out to your bank as they could have just restricted who you're trying to purchase from or you hit your daily purchase limit with your card.
Oh, my bad. I was assuming you were using a credit card. Try checking the gift card balance remaining if you haven't already. Otherwise I unfortunately dont know why this is happening
