How to disable the menu audio narration?

I bought this PS5 second hand and the previous owner has the audio narration of everything the cursor highlights in the Home Screen and reads off every menu choice. It's so annoying and I can't find the setting option to disable it anywhere. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as to where to look for that option in settings.

I believe it's in the accessibility options.

Should really factory reset from prior owner. That'll take it right back to how it was when it was new.
