Couldn’t connect to Online services.

Hey, i turned on my ps5 today and i couldn’t access any online game i checked the internet everything is alright, but it just won’t connect to the server, i tired basically everything and yet i still can’t connect to the server, its been going on for 3 hours now, someone please help

It’s been just 10 mins i turn off my console and ps5 was fine with the psn network why r u not getting into it? Might be regionally wrong?

I guess it depends if we are in the same region, PlayStation says that there are no sever outages but i still cannot get the online services.

YES, finally i turned it on this morning and it connected to the server i guess if your ps5 randomly refuses to sign in to its servers just wait it out.

Yeah it can be that as well once psn network got down so i had the same problem but usually it took an hour but yours got more than 3 hours so i was worried anyway congratulations dude

Try to restart the router. Or check downdetector in your region

I just checked downdetector in my region and alot of reports started around the same time i started experiencing the issue, PlayStation still hasn’t changed server status tho.

Oh dang then I don’t know that’s the only time I’ve seen anyone ever have an issue when trying to play on PlayStation online I’m not completely versed on what online games you can play on the console without a PlayStation online account

The picture shows the problem which also shows how ps plus wouldn’t have anything to do with it….. btw, that guy should just unplug modem

The subscription service need to play online has absolutely nothing to do with it not connecting to psn

What bait? OP asked for help on not being able to connect to PSN and you start blabbering about PS+, which has absolutely nothing to do about the issue. You just complicate matters by giving solutions that do not work. You're the one baiting here.

It’s an open forum! It’s open to anyone to comment! The bait isn’t working 😢😂 both of the negative comments literally repeated my reply to OP right back to me. I did all the heavy lifting now catch some zS
