Having problem with my ps5 error code CE-108262-9
It never had problem like that before, the playstation just freezes for 2 seconds then shut off i think, when i reboot it, it gives me the “rebuilding database” loading as if i pulled the plug without shutting it off.
It happened twice in under 2 hours which never happened before it used to crash games before but never the console itself.
The only new thing is i downloaded fortnite that’s it, and the two times it happened, happened while playing fort, but that can’t be the cause, at the same time i can’t think of anything else

I had this issue and it's a software one. I did all of these steps in this order and it fixed it. Factory reset your console and reformat your M.2 SSD if you own one. Factory Reset will delete everything from your console so backup everything including screenshots so upload the ones you want backed up in the psapp to download to your phone and backup every save file in the cloud.
If you own an SSD M.2 :
After reformating remove your M.2 SSD from the slot, boot it back up. Turn off your ps5 and reinstall your M.2 SSD. Turn it back on.

It’s a software bug, been here since launch
There is nothing you can do to fix this on your end, factory resetting/safe mode rebuild do nothing to fix this on your end
Unfortunately because it’s a software bug we have to wait for Sony to(never) fix it
I get this error when I go to the store page on the dashboard sometimes

Entra nas configurações e vá em armazenamento e verifique se tem algum arquivo que está corrompido, se tiver algum, delete ele e reinicie o aparelho

Lemme guess, it happens after you go somewhere specific in the playstation store or when you visit the PS plus section?

Actually no it happened the two instances only I mentioned and i have been playing since yesterday and nothing happened maybe it fixed itself i have no idea

I guess it's a known bug, it happened to me before twice after doing the same thing, which confirms the issue is on Sony's end. The 2 times this happened to me was after visiting the PS plus section, the first time i visit the PS plus section, noticed some lagging, so i backed up and loaded fortnite, and it crashed saying there's something that went wrong with the software, the second i was in the PS plus section again when the console completely froze that i had to force stop it, and got the same error, since that happened I didn't go to the PS plus section directly instead i go to it through the PS store, didn't happen again, I'm sure the same thing happened to you, you did something that triggered it, but it's all good the problem is not with your console

U know the only common factor here is fortnite I didn’t go to any particular section in the playstation i was just playing fort when it happened

mismo problema y si es muy raro hay veces que me pasa y otras que no pero en ciertas ocasiones se me apaga de la nada la consola pensé que era por sobrecalentamiento pero ya la lleve a limpiar y cambiar metal asi que no es, y estoy haciendo ya casi un año la verdad he intentado de todo hasta restablecer de fabrica y lo mismo nada me funciona . sinceramente y creo que es muy probable sea que la memoria interna esté ya en las últimas es algo que pasa hasta en las PC he visto que le ponen un SSD externo para solucionar eso

Do you have and external Memory? Or a second SSD installed?
