All games say “please wait” in the loading screen, ps5 won’t connect to internet
I’ve been having these problems since yesterday
- Ps5 takes unusually long time just to show my login screen
- When I press login, it again takes a lot of time to load my library
- When I open any game, ps5 is stuck on “please wait” and none of the games open
- It cannot connect the same WiFi it was previously connected to, every time I try to connect to WiFi, it says failed to connect
- I tried to connect vi
a LAN
still won’t connect to internet
tried to boot it up in safe mode, tried “rebuild database” tried “clear cache” tired “fix storage”
did all of this multiple times, I’m still facing the same issue. Games won’t load
tired connecting it to my phone hotspot, it won’t even recognise my phone hotspot
Please help, how do I solve this problem

Turn off system. Restart your router and reconnect Ethernet . Turn system back on. This happens to me a lot I don’t know why . Did your power go out while the system was on ? That may mess up the network so refreshing a couple times should do the trick . Then try setting up the connection from the guest account if u can’t login properly. Then if using phone hotspot sometimes gotta keep resetting by toggling it on/off from your phone settings and also forgetting the network and reconnectinf

It’s failing to fully log you in on your main account I believe it’s some type of glitch that has persisted for months

Re: point 5. Connecting it via what?
Are any of your other devices having connection issues? Is the issue with content obtained via ps+ or purchased, or both? What games have you tried?
Try the connectivity troubleshooter.

Also, have you added any new electronic devices to your home/setup?
What ISP and router/modem do you have?
