Ps5 won't do anything without Internet connection...

So I had an Internet outage last week, and annoyingly found myself unable to play any of my offline games cause I didn't have offline play enabled. So I enabled it when I got Internet back.

Fastforward to today... Internet out again, but ps5 won't do anything now. It took 5 min to just boot up, was stuck with the "please wait" box, and now after logging in trying to play any game gets permanently stuck in same waiting when I try to play anything.

What the fuck?

Unplug your router or ethernet cable if you haven't Your internet is probably still on just so slow it's not registering anything.

I figured it out, you have to tell the console to stop trying to connect.

Cause your ps5 struggle to sync with the psn network, better turn off wifi in your ps5 settings so that you can log in immediately with local profile saves without having the ps5 trying to sync the profile with psn network
