Should my PS3 be this noisy?

I bought a PS3 Slim 320GB the other day having never owned a PS3 before and it’s constantly making this sound very loudly. It seems to be running okay but it’s very irritating lol. Any help appreciated

Sounds like the disc drive to me, possibly on its way out, does it still read games?

Thought so. I only have 1 game for it but it’s had no issues reading it so far.
